President Yvonne Herrera

Hello, my name is Yvonne Herrera. I am the proud mother of Linda and Michael DeHerrera, and Rex, our dog! I have worked with children and their families for 17 years as an Early Educator in Colorado. I currently hold my Vocational Certification through CYFD here in New Mexico and will be returning to school next semester to finish my AA in Early Education. I enjoy spending time with my children and family and being outdoors. I also love learning!

Advocating for children has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. Although I have always worked full-time I was able to volunteer at my children’s school throughout the years. Building community has been a very rewarding experience and I look forward to working with all of you on a successful year at College & Career High School as your PTSA President. Feel free to contact me at any time.
